AGARTALA, Dec 14 (TIWN): Although the division bench of Tripura HC on Thursday released Dainik Ganadoot editor-cum-owner Sushil Choudhury from jail after he was found acquitted in the ganadoot triple murder case, but question still remains that who is the murderer of the three people at the premises of the Ganadoot office. The mystery of the ganadoot triple murder case still remains unsolved.

If Susil Chowdhury is released,  acquitted than who is actual murderer of these three people ?

It is to be mentioned here that in a hearing by the division bench of Chief Justice Deepak Gupta and Subhasis Talapatra released Sushil Chowdhury from jail who was sent to life term imprisonment by the lower court as there was no evidence against him after years of continuous investigation.

However, question still remains if Choudhury is not found guilty of the murder who is the actual culprit behind the murder.

Tripura High court on Thursday released the Dainik Ganadoot editor-cum-owner Sushil Choudhury after he was found acquitted in the Ganadoot triple murder case.

Earlier Kripankur Chakraborty, additional district and session’s judge of West Tripura district, also imposed a fine of Rs.70, 000 on 75-year-old Sushil Choudhury.

The judge earlier awarded the rigorous life imprisonment till his death for murdering three of his employees May 19, 2013 then how is he released acquitted from the jail.

The loopholes in the police investigation are solely responsible for this and lack of evidence against the accused should be blame.  The line of difference between the judgement of the lower court and high court has successfully managed to release susil acquitted from the jail.

Tripura Police massive failure to prosecute triple murderer accused Ganadoot Editor Sushil Choudhury resulting HC found Sushil non-guilty and released him from prison acquitted.

It is worthy to mention here that on 2013, 19th May driver Balaram Ghosh, proof reader Sujit Choudhury, and manager Ranjit Choudhury were murdered in broad daylight at 3 PM inside the newspaper office. On 14 July, 2014, the lower court found him to be involved in this murder and named him the prime accused. On 17 July, 2014 the court sentenced him to life term imprisonment in this murder case. But the high court reversed the order and acquitted him and found many loopholes in the prosecution act, but what remains behind is the unsolved mystery of the murder case.
