AGARTALA, November 30 (TIWN): Raising voice against the alleged funds scam to the tune of Rs 4.47 crore in the National Health Mission (NHM), PCC President Birajit Sinha on Sunday said that within one week a case will be filed against the corrupt officials involve in NHM scam.

Talking to TWIN, advocate Pijush Kanti Biswas said that the accused are being released on bail. Besides, he also mentioned that PCC President Birajit Sinha is going to file a case within a week against the BDO of Gournagar, engineer and DM involved in the scam.

He further said that the paper is almost complete and all the details against the corrupt officials are ready. Enhancing about the filing the case he said that the case would have been filed soonbut just because PCC president is little busy with the election work it is delaying by few days.

Earlier, talking about the scam Sinha mentioned that the Left Rule Government is swallowing huge amount of public funds in the name of Development.

He further mentioned that for any central government project the ruling government jumps with full dedication and as soon as the money comes the working progress goes down. So far Manik’s rule Government has been using their puppet contractors and embezzling huge amount of public fund. However, all these are done by corrupted officials via the Chief Secretary, which will be placed before the court anyway within few days, said Sinha.

Sinha was determined to file the case and said that all preparation are going on to expose Manik Govt’s organized corruption.

Where CM of the Golden Era claims that Left Front Government always thinks about the common people and their need, on the other hand the same Government is swallowing the public funds and filling their pockets leaving the common people homeless and jobless.

Despite of huge amount of fund allotted by the Central, several primary hospitals and schools are in deplorable condition. When authorities are asked about the poor situation of the State, they never get tiered of criticizing the central saying that they are not allotting sufficient amount of fund.

Now the question arises if the central is not allotting any fund then from where do the corrupt officials embezzle the huge amount of funds? Besides, if the Left Front is so poor than from where do they get the crores of fund to spend for the election campaign?

However, it’s to be mentioned here that CPI-M is wasting the ‘public money’ and ‘scam earned cash’ in the name of election campaign like water.
