AGARTALA, Nov 22 (TIWN): Yet with another event lake-city Udaipur has been shaken with a case was registered against a rape-accused namely Subhashish Das (24).

According to the sources, Subhashish Das, S/O- Dipak Das has been accused for raping a 20 years girl, resident of Matabari area.

Subhashish Das was a student of Udaipur ITI, raped a girl who was reading in Udaipur Netaji Subhash Mahavidyalaya. An FIR had been lodged against the accused on Friday at Udaipur Women Police Station.

Accordingly police arrested him on Friday night and produced him before the court of CJM. Court sent him for 3 day’s JC and the next hearing will be held in Nov 24.

However, Court also asked police to submit the Case Diary (CD) within 24rth November.
