The quality of education is nose diving in those schools. As a result schools run by missionaries and NGOs are getting immense response. Even under privilege tribal’s are sending their children to towns for education, as the education in rural areas of ADC have collapsed completely.

ADC administration took disciplinary action against 983 teachers, some were suspended when allegation of financial anomalies was proved against some.  Salary of 194 teachers was withheld, 328 teachers was show caused for not arriving in school on time.

According to ADC source this year till August 12,833 surprise visits were made at various schools by CEO Abhishek Singh, education department officials and school inspectorates. One positive sign was noticed by regular surprise visit was the presence of teachers in schools have increased immensely.  But the attendance of students did not increase neither the quality of education imparted.

As per report of ADC school education department there are 1725 schools and 73,090 students are enrolled in all schools. Besides there are 38 residential schools where 2637 students are getting free education. In ADC schools from books to dresses are provided free of cost, mid – day meal, stipends are given.
