Santa Saha murder case: Four accused to be produce before court on Oct 11, CID to demand police remand for further interrogation

AGARTALA, Oct 11 (TIWN): Failing to dig much information from the four accused in the first phase of police remand, CID to again ask for police remand in the court on October 11 for the four accused for further interrogation related to the murder case. However, in allegation of the murder of the 50 years old santa saha in her own residence, CID to again produce the four accused before the court after the first phase of police remand, including elder son Dipanjoy Saha and younger son Bitanjoy Saha and the two alleged mafia’s Ranabir Lodh and Krishna Dey.Talking to TIWN correspondent on Saturday, East police personnel said that CID to again demand police remand for the four accused for further interrogation with the accused culprits.Police further claimed that 50 years old Santa Saha was killed brutally by her Sons only because she was opposing her elder son’s Dipanjoy saha illicit relationship with his own relative despite of being married to some other women. Santa Saha’s elder son Dipanjoy saha is mainly accused for his deep involvement in the murder of his mother, claimed police.It is to be mentioned here that almost after 2 months of sensational murder case of 50 years old Santa Saha on August 17, West, East and NCC police finally arrested the two accused son elder son Dipanjoy Saha and older son Bitanjoy Saha in allegation of killing their own mother and police also arrested the two other wanted mafia’s Ranabir Lodh and Krishna Dey from 79 tilla area and Shyamali Bazar area in allegation of having deep hand in the murder case and all the four accused were sent to police remand.

With the aim to crack the mystery behind the sensational murder of 50 years old Santa Saha at Shyamali Bazar quarter complex, CID is continuously interrogating the four accused to find out whether any other culprit is involved in the murder case or not .

Reportedly, the incident took place at 11 in the morning when all the family members of the deceased were out of the house and she was alone at her home. Taking the advantage of the empty house the miscreants and the hooligans thronged into her room and attacked her with sharp weapon. The miscreants attacked her brutally with a sharp weapon and left her dead on the spot.

Multiple injuries from sharp weapon were found in her body and was left dead in her own house.

Getting alarm, the police of New Capital Complex (NCC) police station reached the spot with dog squad and forensic team and started investigation.

She was brutally stabbed with sharp knife and had received grievous in her body, said police.
