AGARTALA, Aug 28 (TIWN): A petty argument over ended up in a fight among students of TIT (Tripura Institute of Technology), leaving many of them them injured on Thursday.
According to police sources, a group of final year students and 3rd year students had been clased in a fight due to which the final year students had a fight with the 3rd year students.
Getting informed police rushed to the spot and according to the reports till evening police guarded the college for the sake of security.
The ego clash started when the 3rd year students asked a first year boy his name. Instead of telling his name he said he was the brother of Dipjeet Pal who reads in 4rth year. With his reply, the 3rd year students’ becoming violent went to talk to the 4rth year student and according a fight betwwen them started which leaded in such consequences.
However it’s to be mentioned that the authority did not take any action against the students, rather he managed to send the students in separate buses.
