AGARTALA, August 21 (TIWN): In the name of student unions, CPI-M pushing students into politics, which is not only effecting students’ studies but polluting their mind by individual party values. It’s to be mentioned that on Thursday, Student Federation of India (SFI) has protested against BJP, standing on the road during the morning time. At capital city it was found that students under the heavy rain had been observing “Day of Protest” against an issue of FTII which took place at Pune. Arrest of five students at FTII at Pune triggered protests across country which CPI-M student wings utilized in their favour. It seems that with any excuse now a days ruling party is protesting against the central govt. or calling for strike, and including the CM who is instigating dramas standing on the road. But the saddest part is when students involve in such “political” protests, then Education and learning remains standstill. CPI-M Govt's encouragement for strikes, endless protests against central govt causing enormous public sufferings. It’s clearly visible that State's political leaders are engaged in brain-washing of the students to expand support base, also creating next generation of cadres at the cost of unemployment .

It’s interesting to mention here that SFI also demanded the cancellation of appointment of TV actor Gajendra Chauhan as chairman who has entered politics in the year 2004 and became the member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), for which he has worked as the national convener for culture

Hence it’s necessary to understand, that Education system now a days has become more challenging and the world is in a race and students should focus on more their careers, rather than politics.
