AGARTALA, June 12 (TIWN): Indian Oil Corporation limited has finally taken the initiative of launching the system of Online booking of refilling the LPG cylinders in the state.
This system will probably put an end to the customers’ allegations that before the tentative date of supplying gas, hoarding is being put demanding that due to irregularity of the trucks, it is not possible to supply gas in due time. But on the other hand, the home delivery of gas continues in terms of Rs 1000-1200 through black-marketing; however, online booking system of refilling the LPG gas will gradually put an end to this crisis.
Availing this facility, the consumers will be able to enjoy the benefit of online booking for the refilling of the LPG cylinder cooking gas and consumers will not have to stand in queue in front of the distributing agencies for refilling of their LPG cylinders.
Indian Oil corporation has launched the system of (Interactive Voice response System) IVRS, through which the consumers can do the Online booking of refilling the LPG cylinders.
With the system of IVRS, the consumers can call in a the given number of 9089024365 and can also send an SMS in this very number along with the consumer’s identification number and can send it to the given number for Online booking of refilling the LPG cylinders.
This multimodal system is designed to make refill booking faster, simpler and more efficient and it also enables to book the gas refills round the clock, through SMS and IVRS supported system.
However, it is expected that the Indian Oil Corporation limited is looking forward for Enhancing customer service by launching services such as SMS/IVRS and simultaneously looking for preferred timely Delivery and portability of connections.
