KAILASHAHAR, June 10 (TIWN): An 18-year-old boy has been critically injured when 110Bn BSF brutally beaten him and left him to die on Tuesday midnight.
Detailing about the incident, the Maternal Uncle of the boy Mahbubur Rahman stated that last night at around 8:30 pm Zubair Ali (18) was on his way to return home after completing his daily work in the other part of the wire fence of the Indo-Bangla boarder area.
When the injured Zubair Ali asked to open the gate, the BSF refused to open it and started to interrogate him. After a huge argument occurred between the BSF and the boy, a total of three BSF jawans brutally beaten him and left him in-front of the gate to fight death.
Later, finding the boy in a critical condition the locals came forward to help him out. Fortunately, a commander vehicle was crossing by the road and the locals boarded in it and admitted him to the Kailashahar Rajiv Gandhi Memorial Hospital (RGM).
The doctors said that his condition was very critical and could have lost his life if was not admitted on time. Right now, he is under the acute observation in the hospital.
Further, an FRI had been registered at Kailashahar Police Station against the violent act of the BSF.
Zubair Ali is a resident of Sapri Kandi and professionally he is a daily wages labourer.
