AGARTALA, May 25 (TIWN): After meeting with Chief Minister Manik Sarkar and State tribal welfare minister Aghore Debbarma the newly elected members of the Tripura Tribal Areas and Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) comprising of Chief Executive Member (CEM) courtesy met with Tripura Governor Tathagata Roy.
Talking to TIWN on Sunday in this regard ADC CEM Radhacharan Debbarma said that Governor Tathagata Roy expressed his pleasure over the developmental pace of the ADC areas of the state.
Debbarma also said that meeting with the Governor the ADC members had briefed him the working procedure of the ADC areas.
However later Debbarma said that the ADC members had invited the Governor to visit the ADC head quarter at Khumlwung and take a stock of the development that are currently in progress.
It is to be mentioned here that CM Manik Sarkar recently advised the ADC leaders to work for education, health, drinking water and road communications as a priority sector.
Newly appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Abhishek Singh remained present during the meeting with Governor.
