Udaipur, May 12 (TIWN): No clue has been found by the police in Udaipur after four days passage of a mysterious murder incident. Renu Bala Tripura(35), W/O-Bikram Manik Tripura had been murdered brutally in Brahmhachara area on May 8. It has been alleged that Renu Bala had been killed after being raped and when her dead body was found within a forest of Bhramhachara, her hands and legs were tied up by rope.

While talking to TIWN correspondent Renu Bala’s husband Bikram Manik Tripura told that on May 8, at around 7.30 am Renu Bala went to the forest to collect bamboo shoots. Generally she used to return home within 9.30 am. But on that very day it was already 11.30 am that Renu Bala did not come back. Then Bikram Manik along with his brother and son went out for searching her. After searching her too much it was at around 1.00 pm that Renu Bala was found dead, her eyes and nose were blooded and it was clear that someone had brutally murdered her.  Her hands and legs were tied by ropes and there were so many spots found in her body.

Bikram Manik Tripura said that today the SDPO of Udaipur called him to take the bag and the other things which were found with her dead body. Although  Bikram Manik Tripura also told TIWN correspondent that they already asked the SDPO to take them for investigation but they are coming after 4 days of passage while all the finger prints of the criminal have been gone.

Not only this, when TIWN correspondent talked to the O/C of Women Police Station  Madhabi Debbarma on May 11, she were totally unwilling to talked about this case. She said that only after getting the PM report they can disclose the matter to the media. So, after 4 days also police could not collect the PM report.

Police is not doing their task properly, as a result crime against women are increasing day by day in Udaipur. Bikram Manik helplessly sitting along with his son and daughter said, “Their mother was killed very brutally, I guess this was from family rash.”
