KAILASAHAR, May 6 (TIWN): Border Security Force (BSF) on Tuesday celebrated its golden jubilee at Kailasahar with Border Guard of Bangladesh (BGB) officials invited here to take part in the celebration.

On the occasion of the golden jubilee celebration here at Khowai on Tuesday a football tournament was held between 102th battalion BSF and 46thbattalion BGB at Kailasahar.

However during the celebration both the BSF and the BGB officials urged to strengthen the friendly relation between the two countries.  The security officials also called for cooperation of each other.

BGB Bangladesh Sector Commandant Toikul Islam Khan along with others and from the Indian counterpart BSF DIG D.K. Sharma, Sector Headquarter Panisagar DIG Rajiv Sinha and others remained present during the occasion on Tuesday
