AGARTALA, March 20 (TIWN): After CBI raid at Rose Vallley head office, the state government hurriedly disconnected the power and power supply recently. The reason behind disconnecting was the multistoried building was built illegally violating the Agartala Municipal Corporation construction rules . The hurried act of the government seems to bounce back, if the building was constructed illegal how come power and water connection was given? A case has been filed in High Court by Rose valley authority against disconnection of power, the case would come for hearing on Friday.Few months back in the same building a dinner party was given by Rose Valley. Five senior ministers of the state government attended it. The question is now going around, if the building was illegally constructed, how ministers have attended the party. According to highly placed sources several photos of the dinner party was collected by CBI for investigation.Opposition parties alleged that over Rs. 1,500 crore has been collected by the chit fund companies across Tripura. He accused the ruling CPI (M) of forging a ‘nexus’ with them and paving them to go unchecked in the state.
What was Agartala Municipal corporation doing when Rose Valley started constructing the multi storied building, why then blind folded?
It is crystal clear that certain section ruling CI (M) was beneficiaries of the chit fund company. For last 15 years they collected crores and crores of money from the state, with direct and indirect support of ruling CPI(M) government , seriously affecting people of the state. The money was invested in West Bengal and other states. Even chief minister Manik Sarkar applauded the work of Rose Valley on several occasion.
