AGARTALA, March 18 (TIWN): Students appearing for the Higher Secondary examination conducted by the Tripura Board of Secondary Examination along with the teachers raised an allegation against the setting up of 2015 Physics question paper for this year’s board examination. The candidates alleged that this year the question paper was made tough enough with first of its kind. However but the board expresses its unwillingness to put any importance on the allegation and maintained that if there is any complaint in regard of the difficulty of the question papers than it has to be filed in a written way, then the board will take necessary action in this regard. The board stated that it is contingent nature of argument.

Several students across the state, who appeared for the recently concluded Physics examination conducted by the TBSE, alleged that the question paper for this year was tough enough to write answers.  The candidates along with the teachers said that such type of question paper was made first of its kind. According to the candidates this year’s question paper pattern has no link with previous 10 years pattern of the questions. They also alleged that much time was wasted understanding the questions. And the medium level students had faced a huge loss from it.

However the candidates also alleged that the board has been playing game with the life of the rural students of the state.

However following the allegation raised by the candidates, the TBSE board authority stated that as per the rules and regulations the questioners has made the question papers this year. The authority said, the questioners were always asked to frame the questions keeping the level of students of the rural areas in mind.

It is to be mentioned here that this year the maximum number of candidates has of course faced a major loss from the difficulty level of the physics question paper, with the students, teachers and the guardians expressing displeasure over the unexpected question paper. However though it’s a time now to witness what steps does the board take to take a stock of the situation.
