Agartala, Februray 27 (TIWN): Kailasahar Book fair will start from February 28th and continue for five days. The book fair will be inaugurated by Famous literate of Bangladesh, Kamal Lohani. Sabhadhipati of Unakoti Zilla Parishad, Kalpana Debnath will hoist the dais as Chief Guest.

Other than that Chairman of Kailasahar Municipal Council, Minati Bhattacharjee will preside over the inauguration programme.

Cultural function, quiz competition will also be held as a part of the fair.

Thousands of avid readers will flock to the upcoming 5 days book fair in Kailasahar that not only displays books of the state, but also provides a platform for an interaction among readers and writers.

Book fairs are obviously a big thing for all areas, particularly for backward places like us. First and foremost it gives a big exposure to the new books that are coming out, and it also encourages new writers.
