AGARTALA, Aug 26 (TIWN): Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Tuesday during Ganesh puja inauguration program in Agartala claimed that Tripura’s development is happening at fast pace and it’s not him but the data shows. “We don’t create this data, but when the opposition raises questions, I would say, bring the data and let’s talk then,” said CM.

“We are not saying, everything is solved but in the case of health services, referral cases to outside are now one-third in comparison with the previous data,” he said, amid Assembly Speaker Biswabandhu Sen was referred to another state in a recent case.

CM further added that, in the case of crime also, the data shows the crime rates have drastically reduced.

“Let’s talk about the roadways. I talked to Nitin Gadkari ji regarding ongoing and future projects recently. So much news comes showing deplorable road conditions. Roads are bad because work is going on,” he added. “Once the construction is done, everyone will praise Tripura’s roadways.”
