AGARTALA, Aug 13 (TIWN): A heart-wrenching, usual incident, a family is suffering from chronic disease issues, making the situation as bad as possible. In Bishalgrah Chanu Mia, who is a daily laborer by profession, is suffering due to cancer disease, whereas his wife Manoara Begum is struggling with her kidney disease. Local people appealed to the government to extend some support to the family. The helpless widow mother with folded hands requested the government to help her in this situation.

"We help in our capacity, but with little help, the family can't survive. The situation is very critical --- one patient is taken to the hospital and then another patient is taken out. This is what is happening in this home. It's a hospital and home visiting like condition and now their financial situation is also pathetic. Their old mother can't provide support anymore," said a local woman.

Kidney cancer patients need constant help and assistance, which the old woman is trying her best to provide, but the economic hardship is tremendous, and they do not have money for further treatment.

In this condition, the mother has asked the government to help her family at this critical point in life.
