AGARTALA / MUMBAI, Nov 23 (TIWN): Days after Gautam Adani was indicted in New York court, along with an arrest warrant issued against him that prevent Adani to visit not only US but the partner countries to avoid arrest and Kenya's slap on Adani's corruption by canceling thousands-crores of deals with Adani, Tripura Minister Ratan Lal Nath now called for boycotting all foreign purchasing and to buy only made-in-India.
His call for made-in-India came after BJP's massive victory in Maharashtra. The Minister was celebrating the moment in his own constituency Mohanpur, organizing a massive rally when he said so.
"If 130 crores of people decide that they won't purchase any foreign product and only consume Indian products, then it would take only 90 days to make India the second largest nation in economy," added Ratan Lal Nath.
"On behalf of Tripura Govt and BJP party, I thank the BJP kariyakartas in Mohanpur for organizing this rally. I would suggest you go ahead and make such results in Tripura too," said Ratan Lal Nath.
"You must have seen how people are responding to BJP's membership drive. It has crossed 10 lakhs and online memberships are still going on......." said Nath.
