Forged International Passport Racket in DM Gomati's Office led by CPI(M) Party member Nabikul Islam? Out of 500 online applications 300 are suspected to be of Bangladeshi citizens; Inquiry Report likely to come out next week

UDAIPUR / SABROOM / BELONIA, February 5 (TIWN): TRIPURAINFOWAY.com's investigative news that exposed the gang of Forged International Passport Racket is very active in DM Gomati's Office complex due to the carelessness of High Officials as well as the unholy alliance between the racket and a section of officials in Gomati District. As per the report of the investigating team of TIWN, the main culprit of the Forged International Passport Racket Nabiluk Islam is a CPI(M) party member . During the recently concluded Panchayat election, Forged Passport Racket kingpin Nabikul Islam was the CPI(M) candidate against the Congress Candidate cum the then Pradhan of Jamjuri Panchayat Md Mishad Miah. After his defeat in the election Nabikul as usual returned to his original field of work- ' Forged International Passport Racket ' in DM Gomati's Office. TIWN got the information that Comrade Nabikul Islam is being assisted by his Godfather, an employee posted in the Survey Section of SDM Udaipur Office.With his able guidance (?) Nabikul and his gang has been operating from three places to register online applications for passport - Jamjuari Bazaar, Lake City Shopping Complex and obviously from their close aid Rajesh Majumder's Computer shop.
Of course that DM office employee too is very close to one of the Ministers in Gomati District and a heavyweight CPI(M) MLA.
This.means anybody with internet connection in his/her home computer with internet connection can register online applications on behalf any one , no matter whether he she is a Bangladeshi or Tripurite.
Again the TIWN investigating team came to know that the local police stations too are acting in collaboration with the racket. There is no denying of the fact that police verification is a crucial element in getting clarifications regarding Passport applications. And the racket has been very successfully managing the local police stations in regard to police verification.
A highly placed source in SP Gomati's Office told this correspondent ," During the last three months a person under Natun Bazaar police station( name intentionally kept hidden) has been trying to get the clearance from the police department. But somehow Additional SP Gomati Tapan Debbarma came to know that the person is accused in a case under Section 498 of IPC and accordingly Additional SP gave this information to the Regional Passport Office , Kolkata and that person is yet to get the passport. This clearly suggests that in the Forged Passport issued against Mustak Miah the( Indian) police did not make any verification . Because in that case it would have been revealed that the Birth Certificate , Bank Account statement, PRTC, Voter ID Card belonged to a Bangladesh citizen(BDO MATABARI Nivedita Bhowmik issued two Birth Certificates in the name of a same person having same personal profile." .
What is striking is that as depicted in TRIPURAINFOWAY.com news, out of 500 online applications made through the computers of Rajesh Majumder and two other places of the racket 300 applications are suspected to be of Bangladeshis. And among the 300 suspected applications the bulk of it are of the persons having address of the bordering Sub Divisions of Amarpur, Sabroom, Belonia etc. And is learnt that if proper investigation is made, it will become clear that a majority of those 300 applications are of the citizens of Bangladesh , no one can deny whether they belong to ISIS or Huji or Jamat group .
An official told this correspondent ," Inquiry Officer Sabyasachi Sinha is expected to submit his report to DM Gomati Sonal Goel next week. But even before the submission of the report it is now clear that administrative callousness is responsible behind the hydraheads of this serious crime and the one that is even threatening for the country.
" But several questions raised from our investigating team's report :-
1) Whether the computer shops have any valid licence from Udaipur Municipal Council or Jamjuri Panchayat?
2) Who gave them the right to submit so many applications simply by sitting inside their shops?
3) Whether District administration gave then pemmission to carry on registering online applications?
4) Who was verification officer of this passport and whether he has made the verification?
5) Who was the verifying Officer to give clearance of identification verification ?
6) How can DM Gomati deny the lapse of administration especially in the matter of International Passport?
Inspite of the direct threats from DM Gomati Sonal Goel on the night of 28th January from her official land phone 03821-222202 the investigating team of TIWN is leaving no stone unturned to reach to the deep of this racket, undoubtedly considered to be dangerous as far as the security and safety of the country is concerned. On 27th January one Mustak Miah , S/O- Riku Miah of Paschim Khilpara of Udaipur lodged a complain to DM Gomati Sonal Goel intimating her about receiving of one Forged International Passport No M-5692461 though he never even applied for it ( as specifically mentioned in his intimation).
Instead of taking any proper initiative up to 28th January, DM Gomati Sonal Goel rather threatened this correspondent over phone saying ," Whatever complaint that person (Mustak Miah ) had made, are you sure that it is 100% correct?" But after less than a week of that phone it is now clear as day light that the entire 'administrative mechanism'(as proudly mentioned by Sonal Goel ) in the Gomati District administration has been a total failure as the photograph of the said Forged Passport is of a Bangladeshi citizen, whose family too was a resident of Khilpara but left the country more than a decade before.
However, after the authenticated back to back news published TRIPURAINFOWAY.com and a leading Bangladesh news channel BDNews24, Administration was forced to order a Magistrate level inquiry and according to a highly placed TIWN source in the state Secretariat ,"
It is now clear that the Passport Section of DM Gomati's office made a blunder in this case as during the time of verification, the verifying officer didn't make proper verification of the documents that were attached with the application submitted in DM Office in the case of the current Passport and in no way DM Gomati office can deny their negligence in this case as by virtue of post a concerning DM is the ultimate authority in the district to request to the Regional Passport Office of Kolkata to issue an International Passport to anybody after the ' complete verification of all the documents in support of the concerned claim. "
