‘It was a Total Peaceful Election’ : Claims BJP

AGARTALA, Ag 8 (TIWN): Tripura BJP has claimed that Panchayat election was very peaceful and no disturbance happened.
Addressing media, BJP leader Amit Rakshit said, the enthusiasm that was observed within the common people was appreciable.
BJP also thanked the voters for come out of home to cast votes in their centers.
Tripura Panchayat election for 29% seats started since morning, as BJP had won 71% seats uncontested.
Amid disturbance allegations across the state, vote was completed.
Videos were made viral on social media where voters were prevented from going to polling centers.
However, BJP refused the allegations and said the election was peaceful.
