TELIAMURA, Dec 4 (TIWN): Congress party alleged, BJP Juba Morcha members attacked two Congress candidates who are contesting for the panchayat samiti seats.

The attack took place on Sunday allegedly by Yuva Morcha activists and supporters.

The two Congress party Panchayat Samiti candidates are --- Biplab Sarkar and Ashit Biswas.

Besides, Biplab Sarkar, who is contesting for the Congress party in the Panchayat Samiti, claimed that, when he and Ashit Biswas were passing in front of Maharanipur 12th standard school area, they were attacked from behind by Yuva Morcha supporters.

In view of the whole incident, the leaders of the Congress party spoke to the officer-in-charge of Teliamura police station.

BJP has refused the allegation.
