AGARTALA, July 11 (TIWN): Bharat Ratna Club secretary murder case’s mastermind Raju Barman who was arrested in Guwahati, was brought to Agartala amid tight security.

Tension was triggered in the Airport premises as BJP supporters gathered there to attack the accused who had been absconding for months since the murder.

NCC Police arrested many of the accused persons in Vicky murder case, and during the investigation, Raju Barman’s name came out as the prime accused.

Vicky was murdered on April 31st evening at around 8 O’Clock. He was shot dead. 

The murder happened centering the government project’s tender distributions.

Recently, the Tripura Government ordered Bharat Ratna Club’s building demolition which is located in Usha Baar.
