It can be mentioned here that since Monday morning it was heavily raining. Amid massive raining the vehicle bearing number TR02L1604 hit him from behind which was carrying biscuits.

The incident happened at Ichabpur village, in front of Prabhakar English Medium Junior Basic school which came to the school to deliver biscuit packets.

The deceased has been identified as Manik Deb, a pedestrian.
