AGARTALA, July 1 (TIWN): Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha on Monday inaugurated E-Panchayat in the presence of Minister Pranajit Singha Roy and the Secretaries of the departments.

On the occasion, CM said, under this process offices of 587 gram panchayats, 579 village committee offices, 4 district panchayats, 4 PRTIs, 35 panchayat samilty, 40 block advisory committees, 8 jila parishads have been covered.

“We aim to provide a transparent government. Transparency comes first, which has led us to start e-cabinet,  e-secretariat before,” said CM.
