KAMALPUR, Nov 18 (TIWN): Public celebrated victory over wild life after a 12 foot python was caught by them in Kamalpur.

The giant snake was found in Muslim Para area of village Mohanpur near Kamalpur border area with Bangladesh.

BSF jawans and locals caught the snake at Dhalai BPO, near Border Gate No-2.

Later the snake was handed-over to Foret dept offcials.
