While campaigning for Koushik Chanda in Dhanpur, CPI-M senior leader Pabitra Kar said, “We have requested the  Election Commission to look after the law and order and to ensure a peaceful voting. I request voters to come forward to vote for our candidate”.

Pabitra Kar said public are giving huge response to the CPI-M candidate.

“I appeal to people that cast your own vote and don’t compromise with any threats”, said Pabitra Kar.

Tripura bypolls will be held on September 5 for two constituencies : Dhanpur and Boxanagar.
