AGARTALA, Aug 4 (TIWN): According to Police report, at least 52 Rohingyas have been detained by police this year so far.
Police said such drive will continue in the coming days.
Tripura’s border lapsing issue has turned a matter of concern for other states too. Recently Assam police arrested Tripura residents in charge of human trafficking and working as broker to bring Bangladesh citizens to India.
Frequently, illegally entered Bangladeshi civilians are being detained in Tripura.
