Reportedly, the youth fooled some people in Laugang area of Santir Bazar assuring them about insurance and loan. At least 7 people have fallen into his trap and lost their money.

On being informed about the incident, later police arrested the youth from Tapoban area after the locals had caught him.

Police will now investigate the whole matter.
