“Since September, 2022 we are waiting for results but no development. So many times we have protested, placed deputation but no outcome. Our demand is only that the result should be published soon and then the recruitment process should be completed. Many times we tried to meet the CM. Even we went to meet him at Janata Durbar but unfortunately, we could not meet him”, said a job aspirant.

“So many times, we have sought appointment. Today that’s why we came to meet him directly but bad luck that it could not happen. CM is so responsive even to social media users but he is not meeting us even after so many applications we submitted. We have been advised to write an application and to submit it in Secretariat with emergency-meeting request. We will now try that too”, said a young boy who is among other teaching job aspirants.

It has now turned into a system in Tripura that for jobs, recruitment process, results protests have to be done; otherwise, the Govt remains at lethargy. On the other hand JRBT candidates are too waiting for results and in health sector since job-announcement in 2021, no recruitment process was started yet. Tripura ranks 8^th position nationally in unemployment.
