Rupan Saudagar, a resident of Betaga area of Shantir Bazar sub-division, was working at his house on Sunday when the concrete wall collapsed on him.

The local residents rescued the injured youth and took him to Shantir Bazar district hospital.

His physical condition was critical and was referred to Agartala GB Hospital.

The injured youth is a teacher by profession.
