KHOWAI / AGARTALA, June 25 (TIWN): Ganesh Sarkar who was hit by a speeding bike on his way home from the market on Sunday morning in Khowai Madhya Singichra has been declared as dead by Doctor.

When the incident came to the notice of the locals, Ganesh was immediately taken to the Khowai District Hospital in a bloody state.

The doctor on duty sent him to the GB Hospital for better treatment, but Ganesh Sarkar died before reaching GB hospital.

On the other hand, the accused bike driver was arrested. His bike was set on fire by agitating public.
