AGARTALA, June 9 (TIWN): Tripura BJP has been facing blows of conflicts from time to time and once again some political leaders, Ministers, MLAs’ attitude against the incumbent Chief Minister caused heavy resentment inside the party. CM Manik Saha on Friday was addressing BJP’s SC Morcha program, and after looking around the dignitaries, CM said, “It’s a crucial meeting. But I can see so many MLAs, even Ministers have skipped the program. They should have attended it at least. It’s not correct because, in such an important program, such negligence is highly unexpected. The discussions are important for the party”.
Some of the leaders then told CM that Ministers had few programs to attend but MLAs could come.
However, earlier CM Manik Saha told media that if any secret meeting is going on, it should not be a matter of discussion. But question raises, who leaked the video? Is infighting inside BJP is beyond control that secret information from such executive meeting is leaked ?
BJP’s factions have continued to play intrigues against CM Saha and as per the ground report currently ex-CM Biplab Deb and MP Pratima Bhowmik are the rivals of CM. Recently, Biplab Deb called CM Manik Saha an “outsider” that had caused roars of gossip at the national level.
