SABROOM, May 17 (TIWN): Three heavyweight leaders have been jailed in 2015 Magistrate attack incident.
In 2015, on the day of the Strike, left activists allegedly created a ruckus in Belonia court premises.
Judge Ruhidas Pal was harassed to keep the court closed.
In that incident, the police registered a suo motu case against the then three Left leaders Tapas Dutta, Trilokesh Sinha and Babul Debnath.
In that case, the lower court ordered the imprisonment of the three for two years. The accused appealed against that judgment to the district court. But the district court upheld the judgment of the lower court.
