AGARTALA, May 2 (TIWN): The STGT qualified candidates have continued to demand about their recruitment. “Our demand is as same as before. For last eight months we are demanding for our immediate recruitment but not getting any outcome of our protests and demands”, said STGT qualified candidates who were agitating at the Shiksha Bhawan. For around five months before the Assembly Poll, the teaching job aspirants who qualified STGT have been protesting for recruitment, but due to election, they could not be recruited even though the candidates met almost all Ministers, officers with their demands.
After the Govt was formed under CM Manik Saha, Education Dept has been under his observation but so far the candidates are unable to meet CM.
Today, while protesting, the STGT qualified candidates said, “We bow our head before the Govt demanding recruitment. Our demand is one and only, that is recruitment”.
