TIWN April 2, 2023
AGARTALA, April 2 (TIWN): When netizens are demanding immediate action against BJP MLA Jadab Lal Nath for watching porn clips inside the Assembly, shockingly, no opposition party yet has submitted any written complaint against Jadab Lal Nath for watching porn inside the Assembly. Without complaints, Speaker can not take any action. Only Tipra Motha party has openly criticized the incident and few Congress leaders gave individual statements and CPI-M neither issued any statement nor raised the issue till now. The incident happened on 27th March after BJP MLA Jadab Lal Nath was caught by media watching porn clips inside the Assembly. In Assembly, nobody can use mobile phones as per rule.
Various national media including Times of India have published the news as one of the top headlines.
Since 2023’s BJP Govt formation in Tripura when the Govt’s age is not even a month, such a shameful incident has been spoiling BJP’s image nationally when Karnataka poll is going to be conducted.
Congress MLA Sudip Roy Barman on Friday has introduced a new angle to the MLA Jadab Lal’s porn watching scandal caught on camera from media gallery.
Opposition Tipra Motha party has slammed the BJP for its silence and no action taken against MLA Jadab Lal Nath yet after the viral video marked national media headlines where the MLA was seen watching porn clips on his mobile phone during Assembly Session on March 27, 2023, Monday. Stressing upon discrimination of law’s implementation, Tripura Assembly opposition leader Animesh Debbarma asked, “Is the law not same for all? If such an incident occurred by any Opposition member, then how would the BJP react? Even Rahul Gandhi lost his post in Parliament for his speech outside the Parliament and Tripura BJP MLA Jadab Lal Nath has committed such an activity inside Assembly. We are not against Jadab Lal Nath’s watching bluefilm, we are against his watching blue film inside the Assembly”.
But no written complaint was submitted to the Speaker yet.
