AGARTALA, April 2 (TIWN): Tripura Congress President Birjit Sinha on Sunday told media that instead of waiting for complaints, there should be a suo moto case immediately taken by the speaker against BJP MLA Jadab Lal Nath as his porn clip watching video has generated uproars across the nation. He said, as it's not a matter of any attack on anyone like physical attack, so suo moto case should be taken for now. However, Congress MLA Gopal Roy has called the activity a "Cyber Crime". Congress also has demanded a judicial probe into the matter.

Roy said, “In the Assembly, opposition party MLAs are not allowed to speak, our microphones are made off. I say openly that Speaker Biswabandhu Sen is working for the ruling party when he is sitting on speaker’s chair. If he has courage, he must order for a judicial probe into the matter. It is a matter of cyber crime. What has exactly happened and how could he do it all these must be investigated. After the probe, disciplinary order must be taken against the MLA”.
