KAILASHAHAR, Feb 27 (TIWN): Centering the upcoming Election Result day, peace meetings are underway across Tripura. With a view to maintaining peace in the Unakoti district with the entire state, a meeting was organized with the representatives of political parties and the members of every club in the district at the circuit house of Kailasahar on the initiative of the District Magistrate. District Magistarte of Unakoti District Dr. Bishal Kumar, District Superintendent of Police Kanta Jangir, BJP candidate for 52-Chandipur Assembly Constituency Tingku Roy, CPIM candidate for 51-Fatikrai Constituency Subrata Dash, Unakoti District Congress President Md. Badrujjaman, 53-Kailasahar constituency Trinamool Congress candidate Abdul Matin, 52-Chandipur constituency Trinamool Congress candidate Vidyut Sinha, 52-Chandipur assembly constituency Tripura Motha candidate Ranjan Sinha, CPIM leader Ranjit Nath and many others were present in this meeting.
It is to be noted that on February 16, polling was completed in four assembly constituencies of Unakoti districts along with the entire state and the results will be declared on 2nd March.
The counting will be done at RKI School in Kailashahar and Pabiachhara School in Kumarghat in Unakoti district.
