AGARTALA, Feb 15 (TIWN): Tripura Infoway News (TIWN) Editor Saumen Sarkar on Wednesday morning addressing the people of Tripura appealed to Voters to complete the vote casting in the early morning and to gather in rows in front of booths at each polling stations as in all previous polls, rigging massively started by the ruling party mostly after 12 O’Clock. The editor said, “Tomorrow you have to destroy BJP’s plan to rig the booths. The BJP has blueprinted rigging and booth capturing both but you have to react against it. The looters of public funds are now planning to loot your votes. Remembering the experiences of previous polls, get mentally prepared to be threatened by goons but do not surrender. This poll is not an ordinary poll but it is the last chance for you to save Democracy.
TIWN Editor asked the opposition to keep sharp eye on whether any rigging panning is being taken further by BJP during this time.
“If you think everything is going to be fine tomorrow, then you are living in fools’ paradise. But regardless of any situation, any threat, cast your vote tomorrow. That’s your last chance to beat the 5 years of torture and attacks”, Editor said.
Reminding how BJP workers forcibly entered into booths and the video evidence how an old woman’s vote was given by BJP worker against her will, exposing the entire poll rigging process, Editor appealed the voters to stay strong enough to fight such situations and to ensure their fundamental voting right is cast.
“Security force can not function until they get orders from the up. You have seen how security forces could not function amid fake voters were detected and rigging took place. It is not an issue, which party will sweep the poll but people must cast their votes that have to be ensured”, the Editor said.
