AGARTALA, Feb 2 (TIWN): A viral video is being circulated on social media where BJP Boxanagar candidate Toffajjal was spotted kneeling down before the voters, begging votes.

He then folded his hands and started crying seeking votes.

He also added in his appeal to voters that if they vote for him then he will return the voters with basics & interest to mean he will dedicate himself to serving the people.
