KAILASHAHAR / AGARTALA, Oct 11 (TIWN): After five months of CM replacement, Tripura BJP has yet to overcome its infighting. In Kailashahar, BJP’s Sushashan banners were damaged across the subdivision. However, no other leader’s face but CM Manik Saha’s face was damaged in the action. Except CM Manik Saha, no other party leader's face was touched by the unknown miscreants. BJP alleged, it might be oppositions’ work though, at the party level, it has aware all party workers to identify the culprits. Police case was also lodged against the incident. Kailashahar BJP demanded that State BJP leadership must take the issue seriously and seek CID investigation in this regard.
Tripura BJP is reeling under heavy infighting. Which was earlier Sudip Barman Vs. Biplab Deb, now it’s CM Manik Saha Vs. Biplab Deb.
BJP has demanded strict actions against the culprits who have done the work.
Biplab Deb was sacked from CM post after various allegations against him reached to the center with evidences. CM Manik Saha has been appointed as the new CM of Tripura on May 14 by BJP High Command. Ahead of Election, increasing infighting however may turn heavy for the BJP in Tripura for poll performance.
