Rampant Crimes in Capital City : Dacoity in a house, cash, jewellery looted

AGARTALA, Aug 24 (TIWN): Crimes in the capital city Agartala in rise in an abnormal rate and increasing banditry has caused alarming situation in households as one more house was looted by robbers at Baldakhal area.
The incident took place at Litan Ghosh’s house. At least Rs. 70,000 cash and gold ornaments were taken away.
Family alleged, no proper help was received from police.
The robbery was done by showing knifes and sharp weapons to the family members.
