AGARTALA, July 24 (TIWN): Fear psychosis created by BJP in the last four years has gripped the Communist party in Tripura, which former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar pointed out on Sunday.
Reacting to the suggestions raised by a section of CPI-M local leaders in a meeting held in Agartala which was about to give them protection by party and not to reveal their faces on social media as it may cause unnecessary attacks on them by BJP goons, Tripura former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar asked them to overcome the fear of being attacked.
“If this is your mentality and requesting us to keep your identity hidden from social media, how can you lead? No more hide and seek. This is the time to come out of all fear and to face the BJP face to face”, said Manik Sarkar to party members.
“In fear of being attacked by BJP, if you keep yourself hidden then how will you manage in the upcoming Assembly Election which is going to happen just after 6 months ?”, Sarkar asked.
