AGARTALA, June 14 (TIWN): With 22 small containers, a man named Karanjoy Reang, Son of Bolonjoy Reang was arrested by Gandachera police.
The incident took place at Sadar Bazar of Gandachera under Dhalai District.
On Tuesday local auto drivers caught the man with brown sugar and then handed him over police.
