AGARTALA, June 6 (TIWN): 8 Town Bardowali nominated candidate CM Manik Saha has submitted nomination Papers today at Sadar SDM office. Followed by a massive rally Manik Saha submitted his nomination paper. He is a candidate of 8 Town Bardowali. In the rally former CM Biplab Deb, Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath, Minister Ramprasad Pal and others were also seen. But in the rally an eye-catching scene was noticed that former CM Biplab Deb looked depressed, unhappy and disgruntled, which has drawn netizens' attention.

Biplab Deb was removed from CM Post on 14th May. Sources said that he is involved in corruption. 

After submitting the nomination paper CM Manik Saha said that he has submitted the nomination directly for the first time, and he is happy. Saha also said that earlier as a Rajya Sabha member he submitted nomination but it was different experience.
