Agartala, January 5 (TIWN): The next hearing date of the 10,323 teacher termination case making job aspirants anxious of their future. Whether the Honorable Supreme Court will deliver the judgment in their favour or against is the top most burning question among all the sections of people. It is to be mentioned here that the Supreme Court had decided for the next hearing on 9th January 2015.

Earlier The Supreme Court stayed a Tripura High Court order to terminate the jobs of 10,323 government teachers and allowed them to continue beyond Dec 31 and until the final disposal of the case."A division bench of the Supreme Court comprising Justice Jagdish Singh Khehar and Justice Arun Mishra passed an order allowing the continuation in service of all the 10,323 teachers till the final disposal of the case or until further orders," said a Tripura law department official, refusing to disclose his identity.

It is also heared that ,a  section of the job aspirants among 10,323 teachers will file a case against the State Government, if State Government failed to win the 10,323 teacher termination case in the Supreme Court, most of the teachers will file case against the Government, said a highly placed source. It is to be mentioned here that the Supreme Court in the year 2009, issued a notification that in case of appointment of teachers new education policy should be implemented. As per the notification, Central

Government had instructed the State Governments to take this policy in action. But the State Government of Tripura turned a deaf ear to this and still no education policy was implemented. Now even the fortunate job seekers too have realized that the Supreme Court has issued a stay order only on the govt's recruitment policy that was declared unconstitutional by the Division bench of High Court.

They have now also realized that in the name of challenging the case in the Supreme Court, CPI (M)'employees wings rather raised the party fund with approx Rs 10 crores by collecting donations (?) from those who jobs were terminated and other employees. . All are scared that if the Supreme Court says that the HCs judgment will remain unchanged; There will be serious breakdown in the law and order situation.

It is to be mentioned here that the High Court of Tripura on seventh May issued an order for the termination of services of 10,323 teachers as the State government does not follow the justified process for their selection... After that the Government appealed to the Supreme Court to take proper action in the termination issue of the teachers
