AGARTALA, April 2 (TIWN): BJP’s Achhe Din turning heavy on the common men as fuel prices continue to increase. On Saturday Premium petrol price Rs. 109. 68 in Agartala, normal Petrol Rs. 105.41. At the same time Diesel price was Rs. 92.52. Consumers expressed heavy resentment over the uncontrolled fuel price. The prices of fuels started to rise after BJP’s massive winning in four states of India. Centering the election over 5 months the prices were downed and as soon as the poll results were declared, the prices continue to elevate faster than before. The consumers demanded that the petrol prices should be like before 2014 when it was Rs. 60 to Rs. 70.
On the other hand, the petrol dealers said that due to high prices, consumers are not purchasing fuel and as a result, loss in business have started.
