On yesterday’s attack at Congress Bhawan in the evening, same faces were seen who are having various criminal records with video evidence in the last 4 years, though, legal actions against them are not possible under BJP Govt. 

The criminals include Rajib Bhattacharjee (who led the CPI-M office burning and PB 24 office attack on 8th Sep 2021), Papia Datta (who organized attacks on SFI leader Nilanjana Roy’s home in 2018 and many more incidents), Nabadul Banik (attacker on ex-CM Manik Sarkar, ex-Minister Bhanulal Saha) and now a new face in BJP’s top layer Sushanta Chowdhury who has shocked the Tripura politics by betraying his life-long mentor Sudip Roy Barman who not only nurtured Sushanta Chowdhury politically but arranged Assembly seat in 2018 Poll.

In the last 4 years of BJP Govt, heavy law and order issues were generated, labeling Biplab Deb as the most failed Home Minister ever in Tripura.

From internet shutdown, to imposing Section 144 all these extreme situations highest took under Biplab Deb Govt.

Footage revealed that it was BJP that started an unprovoked attack at Congress Bhawan in the evening. The source of the violence was at the Kamarpukur area, where Congress rally was attacked by BJP workers wearing helmets. The same BJP workers who attacked Congress rallied entered the Banamalipur Mandal office where Congress also threw stones and after that BJP led by Minister Sushanta Chowdhury, Mahila Morcha’s leader Papia Datta and BJP State leader Rajib Bhattacharjee held the severe attack at Congress headquarter in presence of police.

After that, DM West imposed Section 144 in Agartala.
