AGARTALA, Jan 16 (TIWN): 30 Year old man, who also has 3 children and wife, booked for raping maid by Bodhjungnagar PS Police.

The accused has been identified as Farukh Mia(30), resident of Kathalia area Sonamura. The accused has been residing as rent in Kalitala Khayerpur area, reportedly. The housemaid filed case against him at Bodhjungnagar PS on 14/01/22 and based on this FIR he was arrested with proper evidence.

It is known the maid is presently 5 months pregnant.

Though, the accused denied the allegations on him and told before media that he never talked with that woman too and to prove if he raped her, said the accused on being asked about the rape allegation on him.
