AGARTALA, Dec 30 (TIWN): Deteriorating law and order has hit the safety and security of the common men even in the capital city Agartala from robbery to murders like incidents. A 20 years old man Bijoy Das has died in a knife attack at Durga Chowmuhani, Agartala. The incident took place yesterday night after a youth, Bishal Rishi Das had allegedly attacked Bijoy Das in the Durga Chowmuhani area. The injured man was taken to IGM hospital but a few times after he was taken to the hospital, Bijoy Das died.

On the other hand, the accused Bishal Rishi Das was allegedly beaten up by locals on the spot. He is now admitted to GB hospital.

Bijoy Das’s family has been left devastated with his unexpected end. The victim’s family has lodged an FIR against Bishal Rishi Das.
