AGARTALA, Dec 5 (TIWN): Tripura DGP V.S. Yadav has informed the media, TSR Jawan Sukanta Das who has killed his two colleagues was not suffering from the leave issue.

DGP said, the jawans who are under ONGC do not have pressure at all. Moreover, Suknata Das’s record show he was going home every month.

Sukanta Das was produced before the Court, sent for 5 days police remand. DGP personally has interrogated the accused.

Two TSR jawans were killed by Sukanta Das at Gokul Nagar, Bishalgarh after they denied leave permission to Sukanta.

The victim TSR Jawans are M.S. Jamatia and Kiran Jamatia. Tripura Govt has announced Rs. 5 lakhs compensation to both the killed jawans’ families.
